William Crosby

A graduate of UC Berkeley and Loyola Law School, Mr. Crosby has specialized in representing employees since 1982 when he garnered one of the first “seven figure” verdicts in a wrongful termination case in Orange County Superior Court.  Since then he has represented employees in hundreds of litigated cases, including over 75 trials to jury verdict, as well as four published opinions in the Court of Appeal.  Mr. Crosby has written and lectured on employment law and trial practice, and was the initial Chair of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the preeminent organization representing plaintiffs employment counsel in California.  A long-time member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California, Mr. Crosby has also served on the Executive Committee of the State Bar's Labor & Employment Law Section.
